About this service
AIDriven Bands is a private scheduling and automation platform for publishing music release content on social media. Access is restricted to operators authorized by the system administrator.
Conditions of use
- Only accounts authorized by the administrator may access the system. Sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
- The operator is solely responsible for all content published through the service, including captions, images, videos and publish times.
- Use of the service must comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform (Meta/Instagram, Google/YouTube, TikTok), including content restrictions, copyright rules and advertising policies.
- It is prohibited to use the service to publish content that violates applicable law or the terms of any connected platform.
- The operator must ensure all commercial content disclosures required by connected platforms (such as TikTok's branded content policy) are properly configured before confirming publication.
Service availability
The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continuous availability. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions. The service operator is not responsible for posts that fail to publish due to unavailability of third-party platforms or of the service itself.
Intellectual property
Content uploaded for publication (images, videos, text) remains the property of the operator or the respective rights holders. The service makes no claim over this content.
Limitation of liability
The service operator is not liable for damages arising from misuse of access credentials, failures in third-party platform APIs, or content published using material provided by the operator.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.
